My name is Raymond and I had a very very awesome experience. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. Very quiet, smells really great and respectful. My Hygienist Ms Acida( I hope I spelled her name correctly) is amazing. She answered questions that I was concerned with. She did a really awesome job with my deep cleaning. The receptionist even did a great job assisting me with my Dental plan. Love the Lake Forest Smiles. The team is awesome
I never knew that going to the dentist would be an amazing experience because in the past, Dental visits were nothing like those at Lake Forest smiles the end up care for my mouth is unlike any I’ve ever had. My teeth have actually been deeply cared for! As my mouth experiences genuine in depth attention, my body benefits from it as well. Everything being done is explained. Today was my first appointment with Lake Forest Smiles. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how technologically advanced and efficient they are...all of the scans, x-rays, etc went smoothly and quickly. The cleaning was gentle, but got the job done...well. Great first impression!
As usual, 5 Stars for Dr. Schmidt & friends. The staff could not have been more pleasant and professional, and Dr. Schmidt was his typically friendly self. What I appreciate so much is how he always makes certain you understand what he is going to do and why, no matter how large or small the procedure. Thank you!
A good experience, efficient and effective. Staff are always nice as well as the assistants who seem knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable if nervous and it’s a very pleasant environment/office facility. I am very grateful and happy with the care taken here.
