Told them that my bottom teeth were moved by the partial that I was fitted with. They claim that it did not do this. I now have a partial I can't wear, because afraid will move my bottom teeth even more. I spent close to $10,000.00 out of pocket to have all the work done to my teeth. Then end up, with a partial that can't be wore. Was a waste of my money to just sit in a drawer. I feel that they need to make this matter right.
Very disappointed. I called to make an appointment. I told them I had Medicare and who my dental insurance provider was. No problem. I drive 30 miles to my appointment, just to be turned away. Why? Because I have medicaid as a second insurance. To just be clear, medicaid pays not one cent. Which I know and I didn't think it mattered. I believed it was the office manager that spoke to me. She was very rude! Like it was my fault I didn't tell them on the phone.

This will be discussed with the staff as to how to inquire more clearly from callers regarding their insurance coverage and to respond in kindness in an unfortunate situation. Both of our offices currently are not taking on new State Plan patients. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
