Dr. Dan and staff are terrific! They are all extremely competent, professional, caring, friendly and organized. I have been a patient for over 7 years and have never once been disappointed. I have been to dentists in various parts of the country and not one has compared to Ponderosa Dental Group. Highly recommend!

As always, Ponderosa's veteran hygienist Kirsten performed an exemplary cleaning. I am always impressed how she can remember me and my "story", as well as my teeth's stories. We pick up where we left off with each other's news every 6 months. I highly recommend Dr. Dan, Kirsten and all the staff.

I’ve been with Ponderosa for a little bit now and I truly enjoy working with them. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I have yet to feel anxious. They are transparent, explain all the processes prior to doing them and are very kind. Highly recommend :)

I’m usually one to fear going to the dentist, but the team of professionals at Ponderosa always make the experience as smooth as possible. Their advanced tech procedures help to identify issues before they become problems, and I appreciate their thoroughness and explanations of procedures. That and their office dog is the best! Thanks for all you do!

I've been pretty satisfied with Dr. Dan, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. When they told me AFTER my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance I wasn't very happy. Their response? Well, we sent 4 emails. Those emails? Emails to all their clients with subject lines like "summer news" - the kind of thing that ends up in a spam folder.
