This office is a complete joke. Dentist is only there on certain days. Office ladies are rude. Charged me $55 for a missed appointment last week. I tried to speak to the office manager, but was put on an extra long wait. No one ever answered. Tried to call back again and it went to voicemail. I have to say that the care I received from the dentist and hygienist was excellent and they were always friendly. My appointments were always prompt. The office staff was always kind of cold and unimpressive on the phone and at check in but that is not even the reason for my rating of "2." I have been to the office for a new patient appointment, 2 cleanings, and an appointment for fillings over the course of the last 7 months and was never late and never missed an appointment until 2 weeks ago when my babysitter did not sho... read more
The staff while polite got rolling w a very expensive procedure then gave us the information for care credit should have done that 1st,then my husband had complications next day the oral surgeon isn't in and other dentist busy so left hanging for a response.
